January 10th, 2026 9AM – 7PM. Secaucus High School, NJ
Welcome to Secaucus Hacks: Secaucus High School’s second annual in-person hackathon organized by the Secaucus Coding Club chapter of KITE! Located in Secaucus, it is a single-day hackathon competition featuring innovative workshops, fun games, and winning prizes for any US Middle School or High School Student located NJ.
Last year, we had over 100 students attend our first-ever hackathon! We cannot wait to host again, and see all the new and familiar faces. We will provide lunch, snacks, drinks, and game, and over $1500 in prizes will be given out to 3 teams. You can win even if you come in not knowing how to code!
Come learn about the extensive world of computer science and have fun with other high schoolers across the state! New skills and friends are formed here.
From battling in Jeopardy, to indulging in the world of Python, our attendees have an unforgettable experience. Become apart of our competition before spots are filled out!
Hackathons are an event where students of all kind and experience (or no experience) gather to code and learn about coding. There are workshops, activities, food and of course a major “hackathon” competition with prizes! You can code with your friends (or solo) to win a prize or meet new people and learn coding in our workshops.
No need to. If you don’t have a team, you can simply find one at the event or even go solo! If you have your team, simply make your team at the hackathon event.
